We recommended and presented one of our management plays as a case study. Then the participants broke into teams to discuss a variety of issues raised by the play. After this, each participant team coached an actor to use the strategies the team developed. Then the strategies were played out by the actors to see how well they worked. Advice that didn't work was adjusted by the teams as the scenarios were played out.
