Challenge
"We are holding a day-long conference for our regional and district managers. We want something challenging and humorous to give them some things to think about in terms of customer service." Vice-President, Major Department Store Chain	Solution
	We worked with the committee from the training staff and the operations staff to create a case study, 35 minutes long, which depicted many of the customer relation problems the various managers are likely to face. We depicted scenes in department stores, scenes of the delivery personnel, scenes answering the phone and also showed how the failure of support in one area led to customer service failure in other areas.
