After extensive discussions with the client development team, we decided on a blended solution. The top two hundred executives were trained using live performances presented by our professional role-players (actors). For all other managers and supervisors, we created a video featuring the same cases that the actors presented live. Then, we wrote the participant's manual and the leader's guide. One hundred human resources representatives were trained to deliver the program to their employees. |
