I have also passed on some of this knowledge (provided by the assessment) to the clients I work with. One person that I coach had complained of "chronic non-responsiveness" on the part of a co-worker. In reviewing several emails she had sent, I quickly discovered that she had not actually asked for a response from her co-worker, nor had she included a due date. Because she is working to improve this aspect of her own writing, I am confident that her written communication will begin to improve as mine has.
