I have been studying Liu Ho Pa Fa since 1978 with Sifu Wai Lun Choi.  This practice has brought me a deeper understanding of my place in the world, a greater valuing of the moments of life, a finer sensitivity to the movement of others, a wider knowledge of quiet, and an appreciation of movement between the receptive and creative principles, all of which lead to a balanced life filled with cosmic laughter and many moments of compassionate pain.
